We started Pence Project Management eight years ago. Our focus was on creating a property management company that was different than the rest. We'd all experienced the frustration of bad property management companies. Located in other regions, their staff was out of state and provided poor response times taking care of our concerns.

For that reason, we built a team of local property managers and on-site maintenance professionals. This lets them quickly respond to any issues that our tenants may face. Selected due to their experience and values, they provided a unique approach to property management. They provide fast, effective response to our tenant's concerns.
